Another fab holiday in the Peak District. Both families enjoyed Hayloft & Byre. Weather was great when it needed to be. Isla, Stanley (aged 7), Isaac (aged 5) and Lilly (aged 4) had the most wonderful time. Many thanks
It’s February, it’s Byre cottage, and another lovely holiday. For a year when there’s been rain every single day we’ve got off quite lightly with the weather, being able to do a good length walk each day (totalling approximately 80 miles – J did rather more) A good time was had by all. Thanks for another lovely stay Marian, needless to say will be back (J still loves the sofa)
Christmas visiting family. Coming back home to the Peak District from the south is wonderful. Lovely little cottage which was warm and cosy – the dog was in his element. Wonderfully appointed kitchen which I cooked Xmas dinner in. Thank you :-)
Cleverly converted and tastefully furnished hayloft, with beautiful panoramic views over the countryside. A peaceful and restorative long weekend. Only regret was not having the pleasure of using the wood-burning stove because it was so warm inside without it!

Lovely well-equipped cottage! Reggie our Boxer was even given blankets to sit on if he went on the sofa! Comfortable beds, had the fire on every evening. We all feel super relaxed. Only disappointment was that we only had a week!
Rudhraa – I have really loved the upstairs bedroom and the view is BRILLIANT! It’s nice and cosy. The nights sleep was super comfy and I wish I could come again.
Deepak – I have really enjoyed the beautiful hills. We accidentally called out to the cows and they came straight to us! The wooden rats (note from Marian – they are only the size of mice) were really cute. My toy penguin Coloa loved it.
