Thank you for taking the time to look at our accessibility guidance. We have listed some information here but please do contact us to ensure that we can meet your access needs. We have been involved in the Marketing Peak District accessibility awareness training and if we can help in any way then please do ask.
Hayloft Cottage is our most accessible cottage if a physical disability limits your movement. With the exception of the threshold and one step into the lounge area, the cottage has a twin room, kitchen, lounge and bathroom all on the ground floor.
We’d be delighted to help in any way possible. We can offer a familiarisation tour of each cottage on arrival or check in with a guest at regular intervals if required. We can provide some needs specific equipment such as a vibrating alarm clock for hearing impaired guests. Please do not hesitate to ask us.
Changing Places toilets are large, accessible spaces with a height-adjustable changing bench, a ceiling hoist and the space to change someone in dignity and comfort. There are 24 Changing Places toilets in Derbyshire so that you can plan your day out with some peace of mind. See them all on this map
We have spare Radar keys here if you need to borrow one
