Hayloft Cottage reviews

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hayloft. It’s a lovely, cosy getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the mower (Mo) on his daily rounds. Would really recommend the Kinder Scout walk if you’re looking for a challenging yet stunning hike. Chatsworth House and gardens are well worth a visit too :-)

We camped in Lathkil up the road, visited Bakewell. Lots of walks and cycle down Monsal trail, moved onto central and south Wales, carried on camping and back here for Chatsworth House Country Fair, a lovely end to our 2 week adventure and comfy beds, kids loved the hot chocolate and biscuits. Everything is here for what we need. Beautiful cottage with gorgeous views. We had a ‘hello’ from Alan Titchmarsh at Chatsworth today :-)

Lovely place to stay – we all thoroughly enjoyed our short stay over the summer bank holiday.

What a wonderful, peaceful location for a few days break away. The scenic views from this gorgeous cottage were amazing and location is so convenient to Bakewell and Buxton. Thank you for a lovely few days break in your warm and cosy cottage. We arrived to a warm welcome and found everything we needed and more in the Hayloft.
