Second visit this year – beautiful first day, then the fog arrived but didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves on a couple of new walks. Decided to stay in cottage as so comfortable but did enjoy a meal at Bull’s Head, Monyash. Huge portions – needed a walk afterwards!!

Lovely cottage, perfect for 2 and hangers on! Lovely walks, despite the inclement weather. Would really recommend the Cock & Pullet at Sheldon. Needed the log fire for Dad and it was rather warm!

Have fallen in love with the cottage and the Peak District! Perfect place to stay and will highly recommend. Tried the Monsal Trail but although beautiful, was not for the unfit!! Went into Dove Dale…wow! Absolutely stunning and highly recommend (even for couch potatoes). Puppy dog has had a ball. Thank you for a really lovely break, we will definitely be seeing you again xx
