Really enjoyed our stay at Hayloft, beautiful, cosy cottage. Thank you for the Christmas decorations – feel very Christmassy now. Will visit again

Hayloft is a beautiful little cottage, a home away from home for a few days. For three days visit we got ALL seasons in one; blue sky and sunshine; torrential wind and rain; and one morning we woke up to it snowing. Whichever one we got, it still made the views look amazing. The colder temperatures that we meant to be made excellent use of the log burner. The underfloor heating was always a welcome plus. Thank you for allowing us to share this beautiful part of the world. Until next time!

What a wonderful find, have been staying in the Peak District for 30 years and Hayloft is certainly one of the best places we have been to. It is just what we wanted, peace and quiet, lovely views, plenty of walks, back in the evenings to sit by the wood burner reading a book. The dogs loved the garden too. Looking forward to next years visit already,

Yet another lovely break with plenty of walks. Went to Manchester by train from Buxton, good service. Weather misty and foggy but no rain so managed to get out and about. Thanks

We only live about 45 minutes away, so why come for a short break so close to home? Because with scenery like this you could be anywhere in the world! We have had some great walks out in the day and spent each night in the Hayloft with good food and even better drink. All in all, “splendid isolation”. Many thanks
