Thanks for a lovely weekend. It was great to escape the city and enjoy the tranquility of Derbyshire. We think we heard a curlew, definitely skylarks and enjoyed watching the bats dart around at night.

A lovely cottage that has offered an excellent base for exploring the Peak District. We have really enjoyed the quiet and comfy space. Many thanks for the extra touches such as the mini Easter eggs – much appreciated. This is an excellently equipped and relaxing space which we will certainly recommend. Many thanks!

We’ve had a really happy, comfortable, enjoyable weeks break in Byre Cottage and surrounding area. The views and animals have been lovely, as was the short walk over the fields to Taddington. Indian curry at the Taj Mahal restaurant in Buxton is also to be recommended! We look forward to coming back again!
