Amazing weather – sunshine on every day! Isla (aged 6) and Issac (aged 4) made the third visit and had a wonderful holiday.

It’s been a lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful cottage. Just what we wanted! We have 3 to 4 short breaks a year and have done so for years. This has been the best yet! The cleanest we have stayed in. It’s a credit to Marian. We will be back Thank you

It’s February so we’re back! Byre Cottage as lovely as ever! Two years ago we had snow in Feb, this year we had beautiful weather – especially a perfect day on Kinder Scout (what more could you ask) Enjoyed the usual walks – added Hardwick Hall to the list – safe in the knowledge that a lovely hot bath will sort out aching legs!! Thanks for everything Marian. We’ll be back next year to check out the new trees :-)

Thank you for a lovely stay in a wonderful place. Chatsworth especially. Our first experience of ground source heat pump – very effective! We will be back with all our family to enjoy all this beautiful countryside has to offer. Thank you Marianx

We’ve had such a lovely time in the cottage, comfy, warm, welcoming but we’ve not enjoyed it as much as the dogs have, the throwns for the furniture is a great idea. Thanks, Ian xx
