Come for a two or three night weekend break in one of our two holiday cottages. Arrive on a Friday afternoon and depart Sunday or Monday morning.

The cottages are centrally located between Bakewell and Buxton. Surrounded by fields, they are the best antidote to busy town life. Come and breathe some fresh air!

A weekend break in the Peak District

Even with the limited time a short break allows, you can still savour the best that the Peak District has to offer. We are just 20 minutes drive from Chatsworth and 15 minutes drive from either Buxton or Bakewell.

There is plenty of countryside walking right on the doorstep so you don’t even need to get in the car at all whilst you stay with us.

Our Cottages

Both cottages are dog friendly and have free WiFi. The cottages are ideally suited for a couple or families or you could take both cottages for a slightly larger group. Both have wood burning stoves and underfloor heating.

The Byre Cottage

Sleeps 4 in one double and one twin room. The bedrooms are downstairs whilst the kitchen and living space are upstairs. The open plan space upstairs allows fabulous views over the surrounding countryside.

Sleeps 4 in one double (on a mezzanine floor) and twin room. A large picture window gives stunning views over the surrounding countryside to the south.
