Beautiful views. A lovely comfortable cottage. Great to be able to walk and cycle (Sheldon from Ashford was a push!) from the cottage. Recommend the village shop in Ashford (past the pub and tea rooms) for sandwiches which you can eat by the river. Enjoyed meal at The Church Inn. (Chelmorton)

Thank you for a brilliant stay at your lovely cottage. It was perfect as it was located in a peaceful beautiful area are close enough for a short drive to numerous days out. My dogs also enjoy making friends with the holiday visitors next door. The dogs also enjoyed playing in the garden and their visit to Lathkil.

The cottage was superb, well-equipped and in a lovely location. The weather has been ideal for walking, visiting local towns (Bakewell & Buxton), nearly completing the Monsal Trail. We ate at the Cheshire Cheese in Hope and the Church Inn, Chelmorton, both of which were good value. Had a great time!

Thank you again for yet another lovely stay. Warm and comfortable cottage in a stunning location. Enjoyed some lovely walks despite the weather. Ate at the Bulls Head in Monyash three times so that’s an indication of how good the meals are! Mam Tor is worth the climb. Very windy but worth it for the views.

Joyed our five night stay. Can you principally to visit RHS Tatton and garden show about a one hour 20 minute drive the car across fabulous pass to Macclesfield. Enjoy the trip down trick Cliff cavern cave. Good old fashioned, no frills tourist attractions with stalactites plus the only worked Blue John mineral mine. Low-key but nicely devoid of tourists (except us). Waking up to the cows outside the bathroom window was fun!
