A beautiful, peaceful setting – much appreciated, thank you.

A second great stay at Hayloft! We were not so fortunate with the weather this year, it was a bit of a washout but we managed to do a Mam Tor 3 mile circular walk with our 5 and 8 year-olds which had great views – and also a Padley Gorge Trail and the Dambusters shorter walk. Recommend the brick corner Lego (touring) café for rainy days – based currently at a Buxton brewery and then a Bakewell brewery! Always loved coming back to the cosy, peaceful cottage at the end of the day!

The perfect place for a rare getaway. Enjoyed the views; the walks and the opportunity to relax. Thank you for making us welcome and providing great weather too.

What a lovely cottage – amazing views and one of the most relaxing places we have stayed at. So quiet too. We have only stayed a few nights but really enjoyed our time here and in the area. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to come back again.

Loved the Derbyshire peaks and Dales. Had some amazing walks. Great food at Monyash pub. Hathersage walk was lovely as was around Monyash. Monsal, Monyash, Cressbrook, Litton are beautiful. Wish we had visited before.

Lovely cottage well-equipped, large garden which is brilliant for dogs. Views lovely & weather was very good, some good walks close by, cottage is well situated for travelling to Bakewell & Buxton & all local attractions.
