The Byre Cottage
As its name suggests, the Byre Cottage was formerly a cow shed and milking parlour.
The cow shed has now been transformed into a high quality peak district self catering cottage offering "upside-down" holiday accommodation with the Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area providing 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.
The cottage sleeps 4 in one double room and one twin room . The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, sink and WC and has a heated towel rail.
Heating is provided by an ECO friendly ground source heat pump system which supplies the underfloor heating system throughout. Additional heating is provided in the lounge from the wood burning stove (logs supplied).
